Opportunity for up to 12 counseling sessions for veterans at no cost!

If you are a post 9/11 veteran, please contact Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) directly to start the process. If you are a veteran who is already a WWP alumnus, he/she can call their WWP Combat Stress Recovery Specialist (or call 888-WWP-ALUM [888-997-2586) to request a counseling referral to Centerstone Military Services.
